Designed with Nature in Mind

"Nature is a tool to get children to experience not just the wider world, but themselves." – Stephen Moss
At Little Rêveur, we believe childhood should be gentle, beautiful, and thoughtfully made. Inspired by slow living and timeless design, our brand was created to offer elevated essentials that feel soft on delicate skin and considered in every detail.
Our values are rooted in intention — choosing quality over quantity, designing with longevity in mind, and making responsible decisions wherever possible. Each piece is designed to be worn, loved, and remembered.

Consciously Chosen Materials

We choose materials with intention, carefully balancing comfort, safety, and longevity — especially for delicate baby skin. Every fabric is selected not only for how it feels, but for how it performs over time, ensuring it remains gentle, breathable, and durable through everyday wear. We prioritise materials that support sensitive skin, offer lasting softness, and hold their shape wash after wash, so each piece can be worn, loved, and passed on. Our approach is thoughtful rather than trend-driven, focusing on quality fibres and responsible sourcing to create garments that feel as beautiful as they are considered.

OUR BAMBOO

Bamboo is a fabric that often raises questions around sustainability, and we believe transparency is essential. While bamboo as a plant is fast‑growing and renewable, not all bamboo fabrics available on the market are produced to the same standard. This has led to ongoing debate within the industry and among conscious consumers.

At Little Rêveur, we acknowledge this conversation and take a considered approach. Not all bamboo fabrics are the same, and quality, sourcing, and certification make a meaningful difference to both performance and responsibility. We source premium‑quality bamboo fabric chosen specifically for baby and children’s wear, prioritising safety, performance, and responsible production practices.

Our bamboo fabrics are:

OEKO‑TEX® Standard 100 certified, ensuring the finished fabric is tested and verified to be free from harmful substances and safe for sensitive skin

Exceptionally soft, breathable, and naturally temperature‑regulating for year‑round comfort

Selected for durability and long‑lasting wear, allowing garments to be worn for longer and passed on

While bamboo fabrics can vary widely in quality and environmental impact, we are committed to using high‑grade, certified bamboo that meets strict safety standards and aligns with our values of thoughtful sourcing and longevity.
OUR ORGANIC COTTON & MUSLIN
Our organic cotton and muslin fabrics are chosen for their comfort, durability, and lower environmental impact. Our Muslin is made from 100% organic cotton.

All our organic cotton are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified, ensuring that the fibres are organically grown and processed under strict environmental and social criteria. This certification supports responsible farming practices, safe working conditions, and reduced chemical use throughout the supply chain.

Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilisers, helping to protect soil health, biodiversity, and surrounding ecosystems. By reducing chemical runoff and promoting more sustainable farming methods, organic cotton can contribute to healthier waterways and improved conditions for farmers and local communities.

Muslin shares many of these benefits, offering a lightweight, breathable fabric with a naturally gentle feel, while maintaining responsible sourcing standards.

Together, these materials reflect our commitment to choosing fabrics that are better for delicate skin and more considerate of the environment.

Our approach to materials is not about perfection, but about making informed, responsible choices and continuously improving as our brand grows.

Fair & Responsible Production

We believe that beautiful clothing should be made under fair, safe, and respectful working conditions. That’s why we work with manufacturing partners who are aligned with BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) standards.

BSCI is an internationally recognised framework designed to improve working conditions across global supply chains. It focuses on key principles such as fair wages, reasonable working hours, workplace safety, ethical labour practices, and the protection of workers’ rights.

By partnering with BSCI‑audited suppliers, we support an approach to production that values people just as much as the products they create. This aligns closely with our belief in fairness, transparency, and long‑term relationships — choosing to work with manufacturers who invest in their workforce and operate with accountability and care.

While we are a small and growing brand, we are committed to responsible sourcing and to building a supply chain that reflects our values of respect, integrity, and fairness at every stage.

Packaging & Finishing Touches

Sustainability extends beyond the garments themselves. At Little Rêveur, we thoughtfully consider every detail that accompanies your order — from labels and tags to packaging and presentation.

Our packaging materials are selected with care and are made from recyclable materials wherever possible. By keeping our packaging minimal and intentional, we aim to reduce unnecessary waste while still offering a refined and considered unboxing experience that reflects our values.

Our Ongoing Commitment

At Little Rêveur, we understand that responsibility is an ongoing journey. As a growing brand, we remain committed to learning, improving, and making thoughtful choices at every stage — from the materials we select to the partners we work with and the pieces we create.

We believe in creating clothing with care and intention: pieces that feel gentle on little ones, respect the people who make them, and consider the world our children will grow up in. Thank you for supporting a slower, more considered approach to children’s wear — one rooted in quality, fairness, and mindful design.
