We’re a small family-run brand, so we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
Our usual hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm NZST, and we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately at support@littlereveur.co.nz, and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make further changes.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — we offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and collected by the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Simply click the link in the email to follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received your tracking details within a few days, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your parcel appears delayed, please allow a little extra time, as courier networks can sometimes experience unexpected slowdowns.

Are your fabrics suitable for sensitive skin or eczema-prone babies?
Yes — our fabrics are carefully chosen with delicate skin in mind.
We use natural, gently processed materials that are soft, breathable, and comfortable for sensitive or eczema-prone skin. These fibres help reduce irritation, allow airflow, and avoid the harsh chemicals often found in low grade fabrics.
Our aim is to create clothing that feels soothing and gentle, keeping your little one comfortable day and night.
How should I wash and care for your clothing?
To keep your Little Rêveur pieces looking and feeling their best, we recommend a gentle care routine.
Machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle with similar colours, using a mild, baby-safe detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and harsh chemicals, as these can damage natural fibres.
For best results, lay flat or hang to dry. We do not recommend tumble drying or ironing, as heat can cause shrinkage and affect the softness and texture of our fabrics.
Do your materials meet any safety standards?

They are certified, gentle on delicate skin, and free from harmful substances commonly found in synthetic textiles.
