Estimated Delivery Timeframes 

All delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
During peak periods (such as Christmas, sales events, and promotional launches), processing and delivery times may be longer. Once your order has left our hands, delays caused by couriers, customs, or transport disruptions are outside our control.

Dispatch Location

Every Little Rêveur order is thoughtfully prepared and dispatched from Blenheim, New Zealand. 
We offer free next-business-day delivery within the Blenheim region. Simply select the Blenheim Delivery option at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
If you need to update your order, please contact us immediately at hello@littlereveur.co.nz and we’ll do our best to assist before your parcel is dispatched.

Shipping Responsibility

Little Rêveur is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by:
• Incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer
• Natural events or disruptions
• Courier delays, strikes, or customs processing
• Transfers between carriers in the destination country

Please ensure your delivery information is correct at checkout.

Duties & Import Fees

If you are ordering from outside New Zealand, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges:
• Are not included in product prices or shipping costs
• Are determined by the destination country
• Are the customer’s responsibility

For example:
• Orders over AUD $1,000 shipped to Australia may incur a 5% customs duty and additional clearance fees.

Little Rêveur does not cover any customs duties or taxes.

Order Status & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

If you have any concerns about missing items or receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Please ship to a secure location wherever possible, as we cannot refund or replace orders once tracking shows a completed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items

Products marked Final Sale / Clearance / End of Line / End of Season cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. These items are considered final purchase.

Exchanges

You are welcome to exchange an item if it is returned in its original condition:

• unworn
• unwashed
• with tags and packaging intact
• free from stains, odours, animal hair, and damage

Returns

We recommend trying on all items before washing, as we are unable to accept returns for items that have been washed.

An item may be returned if it meets the following criteria:

• unworn
• unwashed 
• original tags and packaging intact
• free from stains, odours, animal hair, and damage

To begin your return, please email support@littlereveur.co.nz for instructions.

For your convenience, we will email you a prepaid NZ Post return label.
The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

We recommend keeping your tracking receipt, as Little Rêveur is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 3 business days once your return has been received and checked.

If your full-priced order originally qualified for free shipping and you choose to return it for a refund, the original shipping cost may also be deducted.

Timeframe for Exchanges & Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, your return must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery and meet all return condition requirements listed above.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional sales or marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Some discount-applied orders may qualify for a credit—please email us if you need clarification.

Warranty & Product Care

We stand behind the quality of our garments.
If you believe your item has a defect, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in new and unworn condition for defect review.

Damage that occurs after wearing or washing the garment is considered standard wear and tear and is not covered under warranty.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, we will provide a free return label and replace or refund the item.

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us at support@littlereveur.co.nz with photos of the packaging and product.
Issues identified at courier pickup locations should be reported directly to the carrier before contacting us.
